Data controller
The data controller is Władysław Krajnik, operating under the Digital Dragon brand. Digital Dragon is a trading name, not a separate registered company. Until a domain email address is launched, privacy requests can be sent through the form on this website.
Data collected
When you submit the form, I process your company name, name, telephone number, recruitment answers, form source and submission date. The server may also process technical data required for security and request delivery.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to assess your enquiry, contact you and prepare a proposal. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract and the legitimate interest in handling enquiries and protecting the form. Anonymous site statistics are enabled only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by Vercel, analytics providers Google and Meta and, depending on lead-delivery configuration, Telegram and selected automation, CRM or spreadsheet providers. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their own compliance mechanisms. I do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless cooperation, legal obligations or the defence of claims requires a longer period.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw analytics consent and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO.
Cookies and analytics
Cookiebot records the user’s choice and groups technologies as necessary, preferences, statistics and marketing. Necessary technologies operate without consent; other categories are enabled according to the user’s choice.
